Filing a notice

If you believe content on K-Beauty Atlas infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@kpopatlas.com that includes:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (for example, a URL) for us to locate it.

  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Notices that don't include these elements may not receive a response.

Counter-notices

If material you posted or that identifies you was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address containing your identification and location information, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

Repeat infringement

We may remove content and, where appropriate, restrict access for repeat infringers.
