INCI: FERULIC ACID
Hydroxycinnamic acid found in cell walls of plants (oats, brown rice). On its own, a mild antioxidant and UV absorber. Its real power is as a stabilizer and potentiator: combining ferulic acid with vitamin C and vitamin E produces formulations that retain efficacy 8x longer and deliver significantly greater photoprotection. Standard in premium vitamin C serums.
